Raejean Palko

Small Business Development Consultant

Raejean joined the SBDC team in Lincoln County in 2017. Raejean and her husband, Clay, recently moved here from Durango, Colorado, and live south of Limon.

Raejean has managed several businesses, serves as a sales consultant for Honeyville in her spare time, and comes with a wealth of bookkeeping and small business management expertise. Raejean is an avid 4-H youth supporter and has many ties to agriculture and marketing.

Troy McCue

Executive Director

Troy McCue is the executive director for Lincoln County Economic Development and is one of two local SBDC business consultants for Lincoln County. His office is on the garden level of the Eastern Colorado Bank-Limon Branch bank on Main Street in Limon.

Troy spent 25 years in the Agri-Business industry, trading grain and feed for the local area farmers and ranchers in Lincoln County. A graduate of Colorado State University in Agriculture Business, Troy brings to his consultancy and economic development outreach efforts many years of small business management, accounting, and taxation skills.

He has a strong belief in merits of rural Colorado and what Lincoln County has to offer small business. Troy has also had a long career serving in a civic capacity as a two-term mayor of the Town of Arriba, and three terms as a trustee to the town council. He also has been actively involved in economic development since Lincoln County’s organization’s beginning in 2003. Troy attained his Certified Economic Developer status in 2021.

Troy’s wife, Dr. Leesa McCue, is a local veterinarian in Limon, and his grown daughter, Mercedes, and son-in-law, Dillon, live and work in the same area, and his son, Austen, attends Colorado State University majoring in Livestock Business Management.
